We’re Kinn Studio - a modern heirloom jewelry brand based in Los Angeles. We design timeless pieces that are meant to be worn every day and passed down for generations. Rooted in craftsmanship and storytelling, we create fine jewelry that feels personal, sustainable, and unapologetically beautiful. We are a small but mighty team that moves fast, collaborates closely, and takes pride in the details that make our brand special.

We’re looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media Manager to bring Kinn’s visual storytelling to life across our digital platforms. Reporting to our Head of Brand, this role is all about execution—managing the day-to-day content creation, posting, community engagement, and influencer collaborations that power our social presence. You’ll help shape the voice of the brand online, create content that showcases our jewelry and brand ethos, and be both behind and in front of the camera.

You’ll work in our office downtown LA and spend time on set as well as in our store capturing behind the scenes and product in the wild.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Create daily engaging content across platforms, from Instagram, Linkedin, YT Short, TT to beautifully crafted detail shots of our jewelry on a weekly basis.
  • Develop channel-specific content strategies by understanding how each platform’s audience consumes content and making it resonate.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, schedule, and post content while maintaining a strategic calendar that aligns with brand goals and key campaigns.
  • Engage with the community: Manage DMs, foster growth, and build genuine relationships with followers while driving engagement.
  • Selectively partner with influencers and VIP clients to create authentic content for Kinn, including whitelisting and collaborating on campaigns that align with the brand's vision.
  • Use data and insights to understand what’s working and what’s not; and adjust content accordingly to drive growth and engagement.
  • Create polished visuals and short-form videos using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite to keep our feeds feeling curated, yet approachable.

  • You stay ahead of trends and algorithm changes and know how to tailor content to each platform. You probably have a few favorite creators you reference for inspiration.
  • You’re energized by being in the thick of content creation—styling, shooting, editing, and posting. You’re not waiting for direction; you make it happen.
  • You are nimble and agile - change doesn’t scare you because you know how to adapt.
  • You’re confident showing up as the face of the brand when needed, and you know how to make others feel comfortable doing the same.
  • You have a knack for making people feel something through your content, capturing emotion in every shot.
  • Whether it's crafting the perfect shot of a delicate piece or a compelling caption, you know how to make even the tiniest details stand out.
  • You have a track record of growing social media accounts and building engaged followings and you love digging into the numbers to see what’s working
