Job Title: Starbucks Store ManagerLocation: Starbucks – DoubleTree by Hilton, Downtown South Bend, INSalary: $40,000–$45,000 per year (Full-Time, Salaried) About the Role: The DoubleTree by Hilton in downtown South Bend is seeking a passionate, motivated, and customer-focused Starbucks Store Manager to lead operations at our on-site licensed Starbucks location. This is a unique opportunity to combine the energy of a leading global coffee brand with the exceptional service culture of Hilton Hotels. As the Starbucks Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, leading a dynamic team, driving sales, and delivering an outstanding guest experience. You’ll serve both hotel guests and the local community in a high-traffic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Manage all store operations, including scheduling, inventory, ordering, and cash handling * Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of baristas and shift leads * Maintain high standards for cleanliness, product quality, and customer service * Ensure all Starbucks and DoubleTree brand standards and policies are met * Monitor store performance, manage budgets, and meet/exceed sales targets * Create a positive, inclusive, and motivating work environment * Foster strong relationships with hotel leadership and contribute to overall guest satisfaction * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations Qualifications: * 2+ years of management experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or retail * Prior Starbucks or café experience strongly preferred * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills * Ability to manage inventory, labor costs, and P&L reports * Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, weekends, and holidays * High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus What We Offer: * Competitive salary ($40,000–$45,000/year) * Paid time off * World wide hotel discounts through Hilton * Career growth opportunities within Hilton and Starbucks networks * Supportive and team-oriented work environment Join Our Team: If you're a hospitality-driven leader with a passion for coffee and creating great guest experiences, we want to hear from you!
