We proudly partner with Zillow Flex , operate from a state-of-the-art office , and maintain one of the largest social media followings in the DMV region , generating over 10 million monthly views across platforms like Instagram and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:

• 🗂 Deliver essential administrative support and oversee transaction processes for our agents
• 🏡 Manage listing coordination, MLS updates, signage installation, and photography scheduling
• 📞 Maintain timely and effective communication with clients, vendors, and team members
• 📅 Coordinate showings, inspections, and closing appointments
• 💻 Assist with marketing efforts including social media content creation, email campaigns, and CRM upkeep

• Highly organized with outstanding time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Tech-savvy, proactive, and solution-driven
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Motivated to grow and develop a career in real estate

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
