Your work will span the full software development lifecycle, creating scalable, high-performance applications that power MBIS. Here’s what you’ll tackle: Design and Develop Microservices : Build robust frontend and backend microservices in a cloud-native environment, leveraging Java , Spring Boot , Node.js , and REST APIs . Innovate with Biometric Workflows : Use BPMN with Kafka and activities libraries to craft seamless workflows for biometric processing. Optimize and Enhance : Troubleshoot, fix bugs, and implement enhancements to ensure MBIS remains a global leader in performance and reliability. Embrace DevOps Excellence : Deploy solutions using Docker , Kubernetes , and Maven/Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth, scalable delivery. Technical Expertise : Core Skills : Java (6+ years), Spring Boot, Hibernate, Struts, JPA, Node.js, JMS, JUnit, Azure SQL or MS-SQL. Scripting : Proficiency in Perl or Python. DevOps : Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Maven, Jenkins CI/CD, and TFS or equivalent source control tools. The anticipated salary range for this position is $128,000 to $165,000 with a target annual 10% bonus; depending upon the selected candidate’s relevant experience, the exact salary for the role may fall outside of this range.
