🚀 Salesforce Technical Architect – Data Cloud Expert

We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer 360) to lead enterprise-level architecture and solutioning initiatives. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and is passionate about delivering scalable, secure, and innovative Salesforce solutions.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on Data Cloud .
• Lead 3–4+ Data Cloud implementations , including Customer 360 strategies.
• Design scalable data models , integration patterns, and API frameworks.
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture teams to align Salesforce data strategies.
• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs , and ETL tools.
• Guide development teams on Apex, Visualforce, Lightning , and best practices.
• Drive advanced analytics and AI initiatives using Salesforce Einstein and Tableau.

🧠 Technical Expertise

• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce architecture and development experience.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud , MuleSoft, Marketing Cloud, Tableau.
• Strong command of data integration , ETL, and middleware platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs , Bulk API, Metadata API.
• Proficiency in SQL/PL-SQL , database schemas, and stored procedures.
• Familiarity with Heroku, Radian6, Salesforce1 , and mobile development is a plus.

📜 Certifications

• Must Have : Platform Developer II, and at least 2 Salesforce Architect-stream certifications.
• Nice to Have : Advanced Admin (ADM301), Sales/Service Cloud Consultant.
• Highly Desirable : Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect.

🌍 Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working with US-based clients and managing onsite-offshore coordination .
• Background in the Healthcare domain is a significant advantage.
• Exposure to Java/.Net and modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS, JS frameworks) is a plus.
