What Your Day Looks Like:

• Source Top Talent : Use job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to find professionals like Behavior Techs, Paraeducators, LVNs, School Psychologists, and Special Education Teachers.
• Connect with Candidates: Manage outreach, interviews, and follow-ups daily, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
• Build Relationships: Stay in touch with placed professionals to ensure their success and satisfaction.
• Collaborate: Work with your team to meet placement goals and thrive in a high-volume environment.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Proven Experience: At least two years in staffing or recruitment, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting; experience in educational services is a plus.
• Hybrid Flexibility: Comfortable working from home while being available for occasional on-site needs.
