This position requires being onsite at our Tysons office 3 days a week.

About the role :

We're seeking a Project Analyst to drive growth of the North American business through Public-Private Partnership (P3) pursuits and acquisitions of roadway infrastructure.

You'll join an innovative team driving all active and upcoming projects across the North American business. This role offers you the chance to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, giving you valuable exposure and the opportunity to make a real impact across the organization.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Support all tasks for project strategies, including but not limited to conducting market research, developing risk mitigation strategies, analyzing data, competitor and financial viability, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Assist in the creation and review of project proposals, business cases, decision briefs, feasibility studies and other related development materials.
  • Support monitoring the project schedule, identify delays, escalate issues, and help keep things on track.
  • Assist workstream leads with budget tracking and cost updates for leadership review.
  • Coordinate with subconsultants and vendors.
  • Create and maintain vendor profiles, contracts, task orders, purchase orders, etc. in Workday (ERP system).
  • Support development and maintenance of a master risk and issues list for each development project and track project compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including colleagues, clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Facilitate and coordinate team-wide meetings as necessary, ensuring effective collaboration, agenda alignment, and productive discussions across departments

This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferable skills and experiences, including:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in project coordination, consulting, or equivalent.
  • Project analyst experience, or knowledge of P3 industry preferred.
  • Previous experience with engineering, infrastructure, transportation or other related industry, preferred.
  • Experience with project controls, research and analysis, budgeting, and scheduling, and related software programs.
  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a delivery focused environment, and working outside of standard business hours occasionally and as needed.
