In this role, you’ll work closely with HR leadership and business units to support day-to-day people operations, help implement HR initiatives, and ensure a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities Partner with HR leaders to support key areas of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, development, and offboarding. Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and escalate complex issues as needed. Help coordinate HR programs such as performance reviews, employee surveys, and training sessions. Support team leaders with workforce planning, employee feedback, and team communications. Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and assist with data reporting and analysis. Participate in HR projects focused on improving processes, culture, and compliance. Ensure HR policies are communicated clearly and applied consistently. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Internship or part-time experience in an HR, People Ops, or related role is a plus. Passion for employee engagement, communication, and problem-solving. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset. Demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with HR tools (e.g., BambooHR, Lattice, Workday) is a bonus.
