Pay Rate

• Training Pay: $15.50/hour

• Post-Training Pay: Up to $24.00/hour, based on individual production

• Referral Bonus Program – Earn $500 for each successful referral

• Sign-On Bonus – Get a $500 bonus after 90 days of employment

Work Schedule

• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday – Friday)

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect pallets for damage, wear, and structural issues

• Use tools like nail guns and power saws to repair pallets

• Replace boards, reinforce weak areas, and remove/replace nails

• Follow all safety procedures and wear proper PPE

• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Supervisor, the Builder Trainee is a 30-day training and development position designed to prepare team members for the full-time Builder role.

• Teamwork and cooperation are required for proper job performance

• Reporting relationships, work assignments, and work schedules are subject to change to meet company needs and business requirements

• Attendance at work is an essential function of this job

What You'll Need

• Must be able to lift 75–100 lb wooden pallets repeatedly (up to 250–300 times per day)

• Experience or willingness to use tools such as: power hand saw, nail gun, and other hand tools

• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with dust, noise, and varying temperatures

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
