We are looking for a detail oriented and experienced Medical Statistician to join our Finance team! The role includes duties such as collecting data, creating reports to monitor trends, interpreting and presenting data, and creating reports to showcase findings.

- Full time, 40 hours per week; Flexible schedule start/end time.

- Hybrid position; Remote and in person office days.

- Applicant MUST live within a commutable distance to our office in Easton, PA.

- Looking to hire quickly to allow for an extended training period.

Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of QuickBooks, Excel pivot tables, and excellent attention to detail, is able to work independently and have strong organizational and time management skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Gather data from several systems to provide daily data reports from our EMR and payroll systems.
  • Share findings with the Executive Committee and other employees in the field.
  • Attend daily/weekly meetings with the Executive Committee, Operations Team, and Finance Team. Take minutes/ notes and send out to all attendees.
  • Gather data from several systems to run weekly comparison report.
  • Complete and send out the comparison report trackers showing the comparison in errors between the original and previous report.
  • Send a list of errors from the comparison reports that remain outstanding weekly.
  • Gather data from several systems; pull hours from payroll for managers and people who allocate time across a state, collect additional revenue report from managers.
  • Compile and create a semi-monthly P&L reports as accurately as possible. Update the P&L summary by pay period and salary vs revenue reports with the P&L data.
  • Gather data from several systems to run monthly comparison report.
  • Compile the current and request updated census numbers from each VP/Manager in order to calculate benchmark/goal numbers for each facility quarterly.
  • Biannually gather data from QuickBooks to determine new average monthly expenses for P&L.
  • Assist finance department with general accounting responsibilities which requires proficient QuickBooks abilities

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel with pivot tables.
  • Ability to navigate numerous systems and gather data accurately and timely.
  • Ability to collaborate with several corporate teams such as Finance, HR, payroll, Executive Committee and field employees.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficient multitasking skills

EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ Years of QuickBooks
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel. Specializing in pivot tables.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of statistics and data modeling.

EDUCATION:

  • Associate degree or relevant 3+ years' work experience.
