Compensation & Benefits:

• Base plus commission plan: $30,000 base, paid hourly (First year OTE $50,000-60,000)
• Uncapped commission

Job Description:

As an Insurance Sales Professional with Frye Insurance, you will help grow our local Allstate agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships in the community. You will apply your sales skills to increase customers’ understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships through trusted advice.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling to existing customers
• Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources
• Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that meet their needs
• Serve your local community by helping them prepare for life’s uncertainties
• Educate prospective customers on protecting their families and assets
• Provide a positive customer experience

Qualifications:

• Current Property & Casualty license in Indiana preferred
• 1 years of sales (preferably insurance)
• Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
• Ability to multi-task, follow through, and follow up
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
