Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Acupuncturist (Assistant) to join our team. As an Acupuncturist, you will provide holistic healthcare services to our patients, utilizing acupuncture techniques to promote healing and overall wellness. Help with taking notes. If you have a passion for alternative medicine and a desire to make a positive impact on people's lives, we encourage you to apply. Duties: Work with the senior Acupuncturist and help treat patients. Patient assessments to determine the appropriate acupuncture treatment plan - Administer acupuncture treatments to patients using sterile needles and aseptic technique - Utilize trigger point therapy and other specialized techniques to address specific patient needs - Provide patient education on the benefits of acupuncture and holistic healthcare practices - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care - Conduct physical examinations and review medical histories to develop personalized treatment plans - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records - Stay up-to-date with advancements in acupuncture techniques and research Requirements: - Valid certification or license as an Acupuncturist in the state of [Location] - Strong knowledge of acupuncture principles, techniques, and theories - Experience in providing patient care in an acupuncture or holistic healthcare setting - Proficiency in conducting physical examinations and assessing patient needs - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to educate and empathize with patients - Knowledge of medical terminology and physiology - Ability to provide acute pain management through acupuncture treatments - Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages for our Acupuncturists.
