Landscape Construction and Snow Production Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a Landscape Construction and Snow Production Administrative Assistant to provide effective administrative, communication, and data-driven support to our construction and snow departments. This role is integral to our mission of delivering exceptional service in landscape design, maintenance, and snow removal. Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the construction and snow departments
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients
• Manage data-driven information
• Work evenings and weekends during snow season events (November until April)

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
• Construction or landscape experience is beneficial
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
• Willingness to learn computer software tools
• Experience in ViewPoint Vista software is desirable
• Proficiency in Excel and Access
• Solution-driven problem-solving abilities
• Process improvement oriented
• Values updated documentation of work procedures
• Digger’s Hotline Certification or ability to achieve
• Bilingual in Spanish is beneficial but not required

Compensation

This position is full-time, paid hourly, with competitive compensation.
