Role Overview:

We are looking for a Full-time on-site proactive Junior Project Analyst to join our dynamic team at Projects Pivot. In this entry-level role, you will support project management activities by collecting and analyzing data, assisting in project planning, and ensuring alignment with project goals. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development within a collaborative environment.

Hourly rate up to $55 an hour

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Collect, analyze, and report on project data to inform decision-making
• Help coordinate communication between stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and feedback
• Support project managers in tracking project progress and identifying risks or issues
• Participate in project meetings, documenting key discussions and action items
• Contribute to the preparation of project documentation, including reports and presentations

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred:

• Internship or coursework experience in project management or business analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, or similar)

Technical Skills:

• Basic understanding of data analysis techniques and tools
• Familiarity with project management software and collaboration tools
• Ability to create and maintain project documentation
