This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a leading industry company on high-profile projects, providing technical support, engineering, and management of Audio Visual systems across nationwide conference rooms and collaboration spaces. Responsibilities Provide remote and on-site technical support for Audio Visual systems, including control panels, microphones, speakers, cameras, and codecs. Perform system design, installation, commissioning, and documentation for new and upgraded conference rooms. Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure quality installations. Develop network and system requirements, cost estimates, and project management plans. Guide the development of company standards and future technology roadmaps. Manage digital signage solutions and collaborate on improving communication technology. Qualifications Extensive knowledge of Audio Visual systems, including control systems (Crestron, Q-SYS), audio over IP, and collaboration solutions (Webex, MS Teams, Zoom). Experience with system deployment, troubleshooting, and commissioning. Strong project management and documentation skills. Bachelor’s degree in related field; certifications such as CTS, Crestron programming, and Q-SYS are preferred. Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience. Additional Details Travel up to 30-40%. Work environment includes indoor office settings and occasional jobsite visits. Competitive pay range: $124,800 - $163,700 annually.
