Grand Itasca Clinic and Hospital, a part of Fairview Health Services, is looking for a Certified Nurse Practitioner or licensed Physician Assistant (certified by NCCPA) to join its busy and growing medical practice. Grand Itasca is a fully integrated multi-specialty clinic and hospital located in Northern Minnesota.

Practice Opportunity
The practice is General Family Medicine with a full-time clinic practice, typically 4.5 days per week. Join a team of 20 Family Medicine Providers, 3 Pediatricians and 4 Internal Medicine Providers.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 2 years Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experience preferred.

The posted pay range is for a 1.0 FTE. The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Grand Rapids is three hours from Minneapolis and 90 minutes from Duluth.
