Job Title: RPA Developer

Location: Glendale, AZ 85301

Contract Length: 12 Months

Pay Rate: $38.34 - $49.75 /hr

Start Date: ASAP

Job Summary:

RPA Developer to support automation initiatives within enterprise systems, including ERP, HR, Finance, and related business domains. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with UiPath , object-oriented programming, and automation deployment in both cloud and on-premises environments.

You will work within the IT Shared Services team , helping to develop, implement, and maintain automated solutions to optimize and support various corporate systems and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain automation solutions using UiPath in alignment with best practices.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into automation opportunities.
• Lead the development of production-level automations using the Robotic Enterprise Framework .
• Monitor and support automation jobs and system integrations across internal and external systems.
• Collaborate with agile Scrum teams to deliver automation projects on schedule.
• Support ERP systems including Oracle, SAP, and other business-critical applications.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in RPA development and support, with a focus on UiPath .
• 2+ years experience with object-oriented programming (C++, C#, VB, Python, or Java).
• Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and attended/unattended Robots.
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end automation solutions independently.
• Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with Scrum practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• UiPath Advanced Developer Certification
• Experience with other RPA tools (e.g., Blue Prism , Automation Anywhere )
• Prior experience automating Oracle ERP , SAP , and web/desktop applications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and organizational abilities.
