High volume warehouse environment is hiring Computer Repair Technicians to work on servers to diagnose and troubleshoot computer hardware and software applications while performing or assisting with repairs.

Computer Repair Technician Location, Compensation and Shift:

• La Vergne, TN
• $21.50 per hour
• 2nd shift
• Monday – Thursday 6:00am – 4:30pm
• Monday – Thursday 6:00pm – 4:30am
• Friday – Sunday 6:00am – 6:00pm
• Friday – Sunday 6:00pm – 6:00am
• Overtime as needed

Computer Repair Technician Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Repair or replace server components as needed in a warehouse environment
• Use a variety of tools and test equipment to perform repairs
• Disassemble and reassemble units according to work instructions
• Order necessary parts following proper procedures
• Test units in alignment with documented processes and standards
• Inspect products to ensure correct labeling and compliance in a warehouse environment
• Accurately complete all required paperwork
• Enter detailed repair data into the QMS shop floor system
• Document and communicate repair issues to engineering
• Collect and analyze data to support problem-solving and quality improvements

Computer Repair Technician Qualifications:

• Six months to one year of repair experience in a related field
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• A Plus Certification is a bonus
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and procedures
• Comfortable working with computers and standard software including Excel and Word
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving ability
• Flexible, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Effective communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to safety and maintaining a clean work area
