The Compliance Manager works in conjunction with Operations and other departments to ensure full compliance with affordable housing requirements in Boston and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include assisting sites with audits and inspections, monitoring recertifications, resolving EIV discrepancies, performing annual property reviews, and staying updated on forms, policies, and procedures related to affordable housing programs. Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in office/on site and 2 days remote. Requirements: 4+ years' experience in property management Proficiency with government housing assistance programs like Low Income Housing Tax Credits and Section 8 Knowledge of Affordable Housing regulations at federal, state, and local levels Excellent customer service and organizational skills Understanding of basic math and computer skills Effective communication skills Initiative and self-motivation Travel required Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED with at least 3 years of property management experience, including proficiency with management software (Onesite) and subsidy programs.
