Fenway Park Tours Department welcomes over 300,000 visitors and guests year?round as it is a local and international bucket list stop for many. Fenway Park is revered as Americas Most Beloved Ballpark by Major League Baseball and baseball enthusiasts and our tour guides share their invaluable knowledge and passion for all things Red Sox highlighted on each tour.
Fenway Park Tours is looking for new Tour Guides to share the history and nostalgia of Fenway Park. Tour Guides are responsible for leading tours on a part?time basis during the season as well as the off season. The Tours department is looking for candidates who are excited about showing off the history of Fenway Park to fans and visitors!
Tours operate seven days a week, 9 a.m. 6 p.m. (in season) 10 a.m. 6 p.m. (off season). With holidays, weekends and evening availability required throughout the year. This role is a part?time role with hours that will vary depending on the time of year, for example, during the season tour guides can work up to 35 hours a week.
We are hiring starting in Fall 2025 through the 2026 season on an as needed basis.
